The Executive Certificate in Space Law and Policy is an advanced-level continuing education program designed for professionals seeking to acquire or deepen a comprehensive, operational and strategic understanding of space activities.

Program overview

The space sector is undergoing profound transformation, driven by the emergence of new players, the diversification of uses, rapid technological progress and growing legal, economic, strategic and security-related challenges.

This program provides a structured, comparative and operational perspective on space law and policy at national, European and international levels. It is designed to help participants understand the legal, institutional and strategic frameworks governing space activities and apply them in professional contexts.

Successful completion of all modules, over one or more sessions, leads to certification from Paris-Saclay University.

Participants should have professional experience in law, consulting, project management, public affairs or the space sector. A good proficiency in English is required, as the program is delivered entirely in English.
