The spacecraft is now on a ballistic trajectory, set to enter Mercury\u2019s orbit in a few months!<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BepiColombo is a mission to explore the planet Mercury that was launched on October 19, 2018. It is being developed by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esa.int\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">ESA<\/a> (European Space Agency) and <a href=\"https:\/\/global.jaxa.jp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">JAXA<\/a> Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency).
