Le lundi 16 juin 2025, nos \u00e9tudiantes et \u00e9tudiants du Master 2 DAST, Droit des Activit\u00e9s Spatiales et des T\u00e9l\u00e9communications, se sont rendus \u00e0 Bruxelles pour une visite du Conseil de l’Union Europ\u00e9enne ax\u00e9e sur le programme spatial europ\u00e9en. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Monday, June 16, 2025, our Master 2 DAST students, specializing in Space and Telecommunications Law, traveled to Brussels for a visit to the Council of the European Union focused on the European space program.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La matin\u00e9e s’est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e \u00e0 la Repr\u00e9sentation permanente de la France aupr\u00e8s de l’UE o\u00f9 Rodolphe Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>, repr\u00e9sentant de la Commission europ\u00e9enne, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le EU Space Act. Cette intervention a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivie d’un \u00e9change avec Charles Bouland<\/strong>, repr\u00e9sentant du CNES \u00e0 Bruxelles, sur le r\u00f4le que joue la France dans les n\u00e9gociations spatiales au sein des institutions europ\u00e9ennes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’apr\u00e8s-midi, les \u00e9tudiant\u00b7es se sont rendus au Conseil de l’Union europ\u00e9enne o\u00f9 Corinne Dreyfus Politronacci<\/strong> leur a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le r\u00f4le de co-l\u00e9gislateur que joue le Conseil sur les textes europ\u00e9ens du spatial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The morning was spent at the Permanent Representation of France to the EU, where Rodolphe Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>, representative of the European Commission, presented the EU Space Act. This presentation was followed by a discussion with Charles Bouland<\/strong>, representative of CNES in Brussels, on France’s role in space negotiations within European institutions. In the afternoon, the students visited the Council of the European Union, where Corinne Dreyfus Politronacci<\/strong> presented the Council’s role as co-legislator on European space legislation.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
