The Vietnam School of Earth Observation (VSEO4) brought together experts and students in Quy Nhon in September 2024 to explore techniques for generating digital elevation models (DEMs).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La quatri\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la Vietnam School of Earth Observation (VSEO4) s’est tenue \u00e0 Quy Nhon du 9 au 13 septembre 2024. Organis\u00e9e dans le cadre des Rencontres du Vietnam, cette \u00e9cole a r\u00e9uni 28 participants, dont une majorit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tudiants vietnamiens, pour explorer la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de mod\u00e8les num\u00e9riques d’\u00e9l\u00e9vation (MNE) \u00e0 l’aide de donn\u00e9es de t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9tection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trois m\u00e9thodes majeures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9es : la corr\u00e9lation d’images, le LiDAR topographique et l’interf\u00e9rom\u00e9trie SAR, permettant de mieux comprendre la topographie et ses multiples applications. The fourth edition of the Vietnam School of Earth Observation (VSEO4) was held in Quy Nhon from September 9 to 13, 2024. Organized as part of the Vietnam Meetings, this school brought together 28 participants, most of whom were Vietnamese students, to explore the generation of digital elevation models (DEM) using remote sensing data.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three major methods were discussed: image correlation, topographic LiDAR, and SAR interferometry, providing a better understanding of topography and its many applications. Discover the detailed program and specialized presentations on the dedicated page.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
